Below are the works of operation of our Processing Department:

D.O.E. Processing in-charge ( D.O.E = Department of Employment )
Upon receipt of verified transmitted documents the following will be added :- Information sheets-prepare documents for submission to DOE.
- Translation of documents into Thai language ( the said documents are : Power of attorney, Demand letter, Employment contract )
- J.T.2 request for approval ( J.T.2 is the requisition for the permission for the company to recruit workers )-duration 4 days.

Visa processing
- Group / individual visas - duration 5 days

D.O.E. Processing
- J.T.3 request for approval ( J.T.3 is the requisition for the permission for the company to deploy the workers to work abroad ) - duration 2 days.

Orientation
At D.O.E. - duration 1 day

Labor Fund Membership
Apply at D.O.E. - duration 1 day.

Final orientation
To repeat the essential roles and other regulations - by the Shebah Human training staff.

Deployment
Shebah Human staff will transfer all the workers to the airport and arrange the process of the trip ( submit the check-in documents to the immigration and airlines )

Summarize documents, records and filings
At the office

Send documents to the Thai Embassy at the country of work place
Shebah Human must send the J.Ng.11 ( the name list of the workers ) to the respective Thai Embassy by registered mail.

Monthly document issue to D.O.E.
Every month the following documents must be issued to D.O.E.
- List of the departed workers

After care service
- Counseling for the workers at foreign job sites
- Printed matters and video, etc. for the workers
- Postal and miscellaneous services for the workers at overseas job sites.
- Following up of the workers' working status at overseas jobs.
